First Magellan QM Meeting

This year, a Quality Management (QM) Team was formed composing of PGM, ARD, ATO, AOM, AAO and HRE. The QM Team was primarily conceptualized to initiate and discuss policies, processes and administration of FM. The first task of the QM Team was to outline FM’s strategy for the coming decade.

The QM team, after half a year of discussion and data gathering, presented and defended their suggested strategies last 27 – 30 November 2010 in Baguio City. After the adaptation of strategies, the QM Team is now on the leg of making action plans and projects.

The QM Team is guided by the theme: COMMAND AND CONQUER: Triumphs through adversaries.
